| Welcome |
| Metals and hybrid materials based on metallic systems are used in higher end strategic applications in aerospace, defense, microelectronics and biomedical fields. As the performance requirements in these fields are becoming more and more demanding an in depth understanding of microstructural evolution and structure-property correlation of these advanced metallic systems is of at most importance. Our mission is centered on two main purposes. One is to understand the micro and nano structural aspects of current commercial alloys and fundamental alloy systems. Second is to design and develop newer metallic and hybrid material for these applications. |
